QualityCare is a supplemental staffing agency that serves the needs of the local community.  QualityCare provides licensed RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and PCTs on an as needed basis to area nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.  We recognize the need for highly qualified professionals to assist local businesses in providing the best care for our rapidly growing community.  Every employee hired through QualityCare undergoes a background criminal check at the local, state, and federal levels.  We ensure that our employees have experience in the field and each employee is required to complete a skills checklist upon hire.  QualityCare has a drug free policy which is why we require all employees to undergo drug and alcohol testing before we hire.  We have an extensive Risk Management program as well as a program for ongoing education for all employees.  QualityCare is committed to providing the community with caring, respectful, and knowledgeable staff in order to assist in the community’s well being.  QualityCare is striving towards a healthier community.
